Requests are processed by the finance department; timing depends on the withdrawal method. The status is shown in the payment history.

No. Third-party payments are not accepted: the payer must be the account holder.

Not by default: you trade with your own funds, without a loan. Leverage is provided only on a separate request, subject to the company’s conditions — contact support.

Trades are opened with your own funds, and the Stop Out system closes positions before the funds on the account run out.

Yes, a swap is credited or charged for holding a position overnight. Its size depends on the instrument and trade direction.

No. The terminal runs in the browser. On a phone you can add it to the home screen like an app.

Yes, there is a dedicated mobile version for portrait and landscape orientation.

Positions, orders, Stop Loss and Take Profit keep working on the server even when the terminal is closed.
