What personal data we collect, why, how we store and protect it, and what rights the client has.
1. Data we collect
Registration data (e-mail, nickname), personal details from the client area (name, date of birth, country, phone, address), verification documents, trade and payment records, and technical login data.
2. Why we use it
To provide services, verify identity, comply with anti-money laundering laws, communicate with the client and protect the account from unauthorised access.
3. Storage and protection
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on secure servers. Verification documents are accessible only to authorised staff.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with payment partners to the extent required to process transactions, and with public authorities upon lawful request.
5. Client rights
The client may request information about their data, its correction or deletion by writing to support@antaresdb.com. Some data is kept for the period required by law.
